Hey there! Feel free to duplicate this template for your own use. I went ahead and put in some quick examples so you have an idea where to start. Use this database to start mapping out the competitive space your (client's) brand is in and see what stands out. Use visual modes to see the category cues and cliché's. Toggle between the different views to get different views on the competitive space.
Sidenote: In an actual brand strategy project I usually have around 30 brands listed, from direct, to indirect to inspiring brands. Often, opening up the competitive space based on customer needs can give you deeper insights.
